Most projects are calculated by time + materials. There are set prices for lawn care, irrigation start-up, & winterizing.

It depends on the season, and what projects may be scheduled in front of yours. Most projects can be completed within 7 days from when the service request was received.
Irrigation Monkey warranties new sprinkler system installations for 1 year. We include FREE winterizing & FREE start-up with every new irrigation system we install.

Irrigation Monkey typically winterizes residential & commercial sprinkler systems from October 1st through November 15th. We perform early season winterizing in September upon request.
